He began recruiting in 1997 and has industry contacts in Marketing (Brand, Trade, Direct, Field, Collateral), Sales (National Accounts, Key Accounts, Broker Management, Food Service, Retail), Advertising & Promotion, Marketing Research, Category Management and other specialties.

She has had a long and diverse career in sales, operations and management. She worked in the design industry, fashion merchandising, and the organic foods business before moving to The House of Marketing where she served as office manager and then as art director. Sallberg joined Network Resource in 1999 as a principal “because I wanted to get into recruiting and become an entrepreneur.”

Tami Page joined CPGjoblist in 2005 as vice president, sales and marketing, and is responsible for all sales and marketing for the fast-growing candidate referral firm. Page was vice president, marketing and national sales, for The Amusement Factory, and was vice president, retail marketing, for Universal Studios from 2000 to 2002.

She has additional industry experience as senior marketing director of Natrol, Inc., and as an executive consultant for such clients as Celestial Seasonings, Our Secret, Inc., and Sunfiles, LLC. From 1988 to 1996 the Arizona State graduate was the founding president of Natural Attitudes, Inc., a San Diego-based bath and body firm with more than $10 million in annual sales.

As a hiring consultant to the consumer goods industry, Shelley Guidarelli has specialized in placing mid- and senior-management marketing talent - for $50M companies to Fortune 100's - since 1984. Consistently providing career-to-corporation solutions with the top, classically trained talents in the industry, her own career has successfully evolved from traditional recruiting, through the early days of untamed hiring technologies, to today's creative cafeteria of human capital solutions.

Don Wilde is the architect of the many inter-connected Internet services that make CPGjoblist.com the responsive powerhouse it is. He has been applying computers productively for 22 years and building interactive Internet systems since 1993. He is also President of www.Network-Lynx.net which hosts the CPGjoblist.com website.

Olexiy Prokhorenko provides the web code that glues CPGjoblist.com together. Olexiy has an MS in Computer Systems from the Dniepropetrovsk Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine. He has programmed many e-commerce and web transaction projects leading up to CPGjoblist.com.

Olexandr Prokhorenko builds and maintains the foundation systems that keep CPGjoblist.com on the Web 24x7. He has many years of software experience, including participation in the building of his country's Internet infrastructure from satellite dishes to ISP routers and servers. Olexandr also has an MS in Computer Systems from the Dniepropetrovsk Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine.

Sergey Istapenko provides layout code, styles and graphics elements that add class to the visual style of CPGjoblist.com. His refinements to our original design are helping us make the site even more intuitive and easy to use.
